Scalable Multi-Platform UI System for a Global OTT Provider

led the end-to-end design and documentation of a scalable multi-platform design system for Diagnal, a global OTT solutions provider. Over four months of research and development, I explored three different structural approaches and collaborated closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to refine the final system.

The design system supports web, mobile, and TV platforms, enabling rapid development across white-label products. It includes token-based theming, responsive components, and accessibility-compliant design patterns. I created detailed documentation in Figma, facilitated onboarding sessions for global teams, and worked alongside developers to ensure seamless implementation through tools like Storybook.
