Early Stage – Research & Foundation
At the start of the project, I focused on understanding the OTT landscape and MENA audience expectations. I analysed regional user behaviour, benchmarked competing platforms, and defined the content hierarchy and layout logic for Desktop, Mobile, and TV. A key part of this phase was implementing RTL best practices from the beginning to ensure accessibility, cultural alignment, and a consistent bilingual experience.
